Check It Out

So I've started a craft blog!! Come check it out!! It's called My Sisters Tricks. My 5 older sisters truly   inspire me in all aspects in my life.  They mean a lot to me and have taught me a whole lot about how to craft and many more "tricks" in life. Although I don't have anything posted yet, there will be in the next few weeks or so. I'm so excited to share this adventure with all of you bloggers. I made a link on the right hand sidebar to make it easy for some to visit. So come check it out when you can!

Chandlar and Chase { July 2011}

I absolutely love how these pictures turned out. I am for one not a great photographer but I was pretty impressed how these photos turned out! I have been up at the White Mountains for the past week, having girls camp, spending time with my parents and celebrating 4th of July. It was so nice to be up there and out of the heat for a while. One evening while we were enjoying the weather on the front porch of my parents house I snapped a few photos of these two adorable kids. I love them to death!!

June 2011

 Where in the world did June go??  I guess we have been enjoying ourselves too much to care. We have started our summer off great! Lots of time playing in the water hose while Chase is napping. And lots of tea parties inside escaping from the heat. We also had the chance to visit some family in Utah over fathers day weekend! Our month of June was busy as ever but we still had a blast! I don't know about you but this summer is flying by too fast.

Memorial Day Weekend

Boy did we have a blast during the Memorial Day Weekend! We had the pleasure of coming along with the Eich family to a camp out. The kids did great and by the look of things I think we all had a wonderful time.

Day 1:
We woke up early Friday morning and headed our way to meet up with the rest of the crew at the camp ground. It was a little windy that day but nothing we weren't use to. We ended up just setting things up and relaxing for most of the day.

Day 2:
It was a little more windy on Saturday but that didn't stop us from playing and having a good day. The family set up some fun olympic games for us to play! Each family had their own little "Flag" to represent.  It was a blast to watch the kids get into as well as the adults making fools out of themselves. haha!  It was fun to say the least. I think we all enjoyed all the laughs from the events. I wish I had gotten some photos of the tug of war event with adults. Now that was funny....long story short, the rope ended up breaking and all the adults when down like dominos....everyone was busting a gut and luckily no one got hurt to badly.

Day 3:
Sunday the wind was just unbearable. I don't think anyone really stepped out of their trailer. By late morning we all decided to pack up and head into town. Skylar, the kids and I headed to Show Low to spend some time with my family. We were glad to be out of the crazy wind.

Day 4:
Monday it was time for us to go home but before we left we went over to G&G Godfrey's for a Birthday Breakfast for Grandpa Godfrey. We had yummy crepes and enjoyed every bite!! Happy Birthday Grandpa Godfrey! It was a nice ending to our little trip!

 Thanks to all of those who made this trip possible for us!! Heather, thank you for the help with food and snacks. Thank you to my mom and dad for letting us use your trailer,  and a big thanks to Joe and Kristina for inviting us to come.
