Chandlar & Kruze

Yesterday we invited our good friends, Iralynn and Shelbi  over for Sunday dinner so we can see their newest addition to their family. Shelbi just had little Ira "Kruze"  about a week ago and he is so precious. I really couldn't get enough of him and his little sweetness. It made me feel like I could really handle a second child, and it gave me great comfort to know that. Chandlar was exceptionally well with him, and she couldn't get enough of him either.  She was really cute when she got to hold him ( a little rough with the touches, but  it was good practice for her to learn how to be soft). I know that she will be such a great big sister....I  just wonder if she will always be so sweet when she realizes that her little brother or sister will be sticking around more than a couple of hours.
On a side note.....our little family will get to find out what we are having on the 8th of June. I can't believe how fast it has gone by already. I am honestly excited no matter what the outcome will be. I was a little nervous to think of having a boy....but since we had Kruze around for a little bit those worries went away, even though deep inside I want another little girl. Soon enough we will know for sure!! Well, here are some cute pictures we took of Chandlar and Kruze. They are just AdOrAbLe!!

One of My Accomplishments!

So I made this sign for my soon to be sister-in-law for her bridal shower. I had never attempted to make one before and I am well pleased at the way it turned out!! So I just might make another one for my home!! It was quite simple and not pricey at all. I just bought the letters at hobby lobby, but I'm sure you can get them at any craft store. Then I slabbed some cute scrapbook paper on and modge podge it and added my own little details. Final step was gluing the letters on with wood glue to a piece of wood that I had previously painted. It was so fun to make!! Just thought I would share if any of you are looking for something to do that is cheap and easy for your home. You can honestly spell out anything you want! Anyway....here's one thing that I have accomplished and that makes me feel oh soo good!!
